The Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha was gifted part of the Ross Estate by the original owners, the Ross family.
Executive Development Properties Limited (EDP) and Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji established a Heads of Agreement on 15th August 2007. The parties will facilitate their Agreement through the incorporation of a Joint Venture Limited Liability Company, which shall be registered under the name of PACIFIC MEDICAL & HEALTH CARE LIMITED, and operate under the name of PACIFIC PRIVATE HOSPITAL. Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji are the holders of Freehold Land, referred to as Lot 1, Deposited Plan 8886, being 1 acre of land, situated at Nausori, Fiji Islands, and adjoining EDP’s The Haven property development. The land was contributed to the Joint Venture Company at the establishment of the Heads of Agreement. This Land will then be used by the Joint Venture for the purposes of raising capital investment for the funding of the development.
The Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji and EDP, desire to proceed with development of the said Land and construct and operate a private medical hospital and health care centre.
The provision of supplementary medical facilities in Fiji is a key objective of both the Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji and EDP. Nausori Town currently operates an under resourced public medical facility, with all other options for medical services and treatments based out of Suva. A facility of this kind in the precinct will greatly enhance the commercial and residential options for EDP’s The Haven development and significantly adds to The Haven’s ‘lifestyle’ appeal.
