Executive Development Properties Ltd (EDP) was incorporated in Fiji as a private company on August 4, 2004. The Company’s registration number is 16760, and registered office is situated at 2 Ross Street, Nausori, Fiji Islands.
The Company’s founders, Kory Mears and Dr Brad Carver, are Baptist Pastors. In 2004, while searching for a small Fijian site for a school and church, the Nausori Town Council introduced them to the ‘green fields’ site, commonly known as the Ross Estate. The site was more than what was required for their church’s needs, but recognizing the potential value of the site as a property development, and with the financial assistance and investment from ethical Christian investors, the Pastors decided to purchase the Ross Estate site. The intent behind the purchase was that the majority of the profits would be directed to a Charitable Fijian Trust, the Macedonian Trust.
The Company’s directors are committed to converting to a public company as soon as possible under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1983. Read more...
